There's a great deal you can do to help your home sell quicker, by making it more attractive to potential buyers.
1. Declutter. Think of it this way, your going to be moving soon, why not start packing? Family pictures, extra furniture and personal items can throw a buyer off of seeing the true space. Remove the distractions.
2. Invest some time in a little curb appeal. Lawns mowed and hedges trimmed. You don't need expensive gardens, but a little colour can work wonders.
3. Keep the place clean. Everyone likes a clean house, so wipe down all the faucets, pick up the laundry and make sure the place sparkles for viewings.
4. If you have lots and lots of house pets, consider asking a friend or relative to watch them for a while. At a minimum take them with you when the house is being shown.
5. Minor repairs can make a world of difference. A fresh coat of paint, works wonders as well. It can pay off well in the long run.
6. If you are planning on doing renovations, new windows, an updated kitchen and second bathroom will bring you the best return on your investment.
I look forward to helping you sell your home. Together, we can come up with a promotional strategy to meet your needs. I will endeavor you protect your best interests throughout the selling process. Your satisfaction in the end result is the most important thing to me.
